This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Camrose (“the City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026 Underground Construction Program – 51 Avenue and 52 Street, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

The work in this Invitation to Tender includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

1. Asphalt sawcutting;
2. Asphalt removals;
3. Gravity sanitary main installation including manholes, service connections and connections to existing gravity sanitary network;
4. Watermain installation including gate valves, hydrants and service connections
5. GBC removal, supply and placement;
6. Asphalt Paving;
7. Other Related Work

The Work to be undertaken is generally described as:

• Salvage Existing Asphalt Surface - 1,930 m2
• Remove Existing Road Structure - 1,930 m2
• Remove & Replace 200mm VCT to DR35 Sanitary Main - 160 m
• Remove & Replace Sanitary Services - 12 only
• Remove & Replace 1200mm Sanitary Manholes - 7.4 vm
• Remove & Replace 200mm PVC Watermain - 140 m
• Supply & Install 250mm PVC Watermain - 200 m
• Remove & Replace Water Valves - 4 only
• Remove & Replace Hydrants - 2 only
• Remove & Replace Water Services - 14 only
• Supply & Install Geotextile / Geogrid - 1,930 m2
• Supply & Install 350mm/450mm Granular Base Course - 1,930 m2
• Supply & Install 100mm/150mm Asphalt Pavement in Two Lifts - 1,930 m2
