The City is requesting demolition services for the Stoney Creek Lodge property located at 4319 - 53 Street within the City of Camrose. The site consists of the main lodge (Building #1), a 4-unit residential building (Building #2) and a small garage (Building #3). The scope of work includes the demolition of Building #1 and #2 only. The demolition will require the full removal and disposal of any contents that remain within the buildings and all building and foundation materials from the site, as well as the disconnection/capping of any utility services (water, sewer, gas and power) for potential future use. Also included is the removal and disposal asphalt or concrete within the property limits. Once the demolition and disposal are complete, all disturbed areas are to be graded and finished with topsoil and seed. Trade Agreements: NWPTA, CFTA |
